Chickpea Crumbled Chaat

              - 150 gm chickpeas
 - 1 ½ cups boiled rice
 - 1/2 cup bread crumbs
 - 2 tsp red chilli powder
 - 1 tbsp coriander leaves
 - Salt to taste
 - 1/2 cup raw mango
 - Water as required
 - 1 tbsp Mawana Select Brown Sugar
 - 1 tbsp coriander powder
 - 1 tsp cumin powder
 - Salt to taste
 
Garnish
- Coriander chutney
 - Curd
 - Pomegranate
 - Coriander leaves

- Add boiled chickpeas, boiled rice, bread crumbs, red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt in the Usha Imprezza Plus Jar and grind coarsely.
 - Place the mixture on a baking tray and flatten it out and bake using the Usha OTG at 180˚ for 60 mins. Make small pieces of it once it cools down.
 - In a pan add raw mangoes, Mawana Select Brown Sugar, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and cook till caramelised.
 - Place the chickpea crumble and garnish with coriander chutney, mixture, curd pomegranates and coriander leaves
